Nutrition facts news

Do you know how sometimes unpleasing it is, when you find out how much calories u ate or drank? And one of the worst is the moment when you thought that it was for the whole bottle, but after you already drank the whole bottle, you decide to look and saw that it was per serving!
As I was surfing thought the news today, I found a recent update on Mashable. The article states that there will be changes on the nutrition facts labels on food. Now it supposed to say how much calories are on the whole bottle. "You will no longer need a microscope, a calculator, or a degree in nutrition to figure out whether the food you're buying is actually good for our kids," Michelle Obama said. I will be really grad if that is the real thing because that will be useful to know an accurate amount of calorie I consume. As well the new labels will contain the percentage from the recommended amount form the 2,000 calorie diet.
"Manufacturers will have until July 26, 2018 to comply with the final requirements." declared Food and Drug Administration

I thing that this is a great experience because most of the people will be able to know how much calories their favorite food contains, and hopefully they will be able to manage the right amount of that food in order to be always healthy. Is anyone exited for new nutrition facts labels? Let me know.
